Tyrese Dips At His Concert After He's Tipped That Someone's There To Serve Him A $10M Lawsuit

Tyrese Abruptly Leaves His Concert After He’s Tipped Off By Security That Someone’s There To Serve Him A $10M Lawsuit

Tyrese managed to sidestep some drama this weekend in Georgia by swiftly exiting a concert when a process server tried to catch him during his performance at Stockbridge Amphitheater.

A security guard leaned in to deliver a message, prompting the actor and R&B singer to leave the stage abruptly.

According to TMZ, Tyrese expressed his love for the audience during his performance and sang briefly before leaving. Insider sources informed TMZ that just as Tyrese had three songs left, he discovered that a process server had arrived to serve him court documents regarding a lawsuit filed by Bryan Barber.

This legal action stems from allegations of libel and defamation against Tyrese.

Barber initiated a $10 million lawsuit against Tyrese in October, alleging that the R&B singer defamed him during an appearance on “The Breakfast Club” regarding a video Tyrese claimed Barber was holding hostage. This allegation has led to a legal battle centered on defamation.

On the concert, Tyrese took to Instagram to share his sentiments, dedicating the performance to his late mother, Priscilla, whom he honored with a Mother’s Day shout-out.

He didn’t mention the early show exit; instead, he thanked the audience for their support and energy, emphasizing the special bond with his fans.
